Returns Policy

At Vaud, we believe it's important that you order with confidence. That's why we clearly explain below how returns work, what the conditions are, and how to register a return.


Reflection period & right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

The cooling-off period starts on the day after you received the product.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), clear return conditions apply.

A return is only possible if:

  • the product is unopened and sealed

  • the product is in its original packaging

  • the product is not damaged or used

Opened, damaged or (partially) used products are not eligible for return or refund.


How do you report a return?

Returns must always be registered in advance.

Step-by-step returns

  1. Send an email to info@vaud.nl with your order number within the cooling-off period.

  2. You will receive the correct return address and additional instructions from us .

  3. Please return the product according to these instructions.

Please note: Vaud works with multiple return locations through our fulfilment partner Hive .

Returns sent without registration or to an incorrect address will not be processed.


Return costs

The costs for returning an order are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend sending your package with track & trace. Vaud is not responsible for lost returns.


Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

  • Refund will be made via the same payment method used for payment

Vaud reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the return conditions.


Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@vaud.nl and include clear photos.

In that case, we will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.


When is returns not possible?

Returns are not possible in the following situations:

  • the seal is broken (hygiene and health protection)

  • the product has been used incorrectly or excessively

  • the return has not been registered in advance

  • the package was returned to an incorrect address

  • the 14-day return period has expired
