Order & delivery

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order through the product page. Add the desired product to your shopping cart and complete your order through the checkout process.

Do I pay shipping costs?

For orders up to €40.00, shipping is €3.95.

Shipping is free for orders over €40.00. Different rates apply for other countries, which are visible during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

If in doubt, also check your spam folder.

How do I change the delivery address of an existing order?

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you see an error in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we'll see what we can do.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

First, check if the amount has been debited. Sometimes this takes a little longer due to busy payment providers.

If you haven't received a confirmation after an hour, or if you don't see anything in your spam folder, please feel free to contact us.

Returns & cancellation

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

What conditions must a return meet?

For hygiene and health reasons, supplements can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.

How do I report a return?

Please register your returns in advance by email. You will then receive the correct return address and further instructions.

Who pays the return costs?

The costs for returning are at the expense of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

When will I receive my money back?

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

When can I expect results?

This varies by product and person. Supplements are supportive and not medicines. Consistent use as directed is important.

Can I combine multiple supplements?

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Shopify Payments.

Can I pay later?

Yes, you can pay safely afterwards via Klarna.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices in our webshop include VAT.

Can I receive an invoice?

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you require a supplementary invoice, please contact us.
